Samie Cloutier Named Top-20 Player in A-10 by Top Drawer Soccer
Hours prior to the 2012 season opener at Georgetown, George Washington women's soccer senior Samie Cloutier was named one of the top 20 players in the Atlantic 10 in a preseason release by Top Drawer Soccer on Friday.
A three-year starter for the Colonials, Cloutier was an All-Conference Second Team selection following the 2011 season and was named to the A-10 Preseason All-Rookie Team in 2009. She has proven herself to be a dominant defender in the conference, as she helped the Buff and Blue record four shutouts in 2011.
