George Washington baseball senior Luke Staub has been named the No. 28 prospect in the Northwoods League's list of the Top 200 Prospects for the 2013 season, the league announced on Wednesday.

Staub, who helped the Madison Mallards to the Northwoods League World Series, finished with a 4-4 record, 48 strikeouts and 1.80 ERA in 10 starts in the summer wood bat league.

The Peroia, Ill., native is the 13th pitcher listed in the top-200 and is cited as having "three good pitches that can be thrown for strikes."

Staub led the Colonials with 55 strikeouts and 91.2 innings pitched last season while finishing second on the team with four victories.
