@GWMensRowing's Anderson Honored at Rowing Canada Awards Gala

George Washington men's rowing senior Trofym Anderson was recently honored at the Rowing Canada Awards Gala for his success at the Canadian Rowing National Championships.

Anderson, a member of the Under-23 Canadian National team, was honored for winning the Under-23 Men's Pair event at November's Canadian National Rowing Championships.

No stranger to international competition, Anderson has competed at the World Rowing Championships in Linz, Austria, over the summer in addition to rowing in Canada's national team development system for several years.

Anderson will continue his international service next month when he heads to an Under-23 Trainign Camp at Shawnigan Lake, British Columbia to prepare for this upcoming summer's World Championships in Varese, Italy.
