In high school, Hannah Schaible's nickname was Hannah Joe Montana. That's because the now-freshman on the GW women's basketball team was the star quarterback of her high school flag football team.

This month, Schaible's unique talents were featured in the official NCAA Women's Basketball Final Four game program.

A native of Orlando, Fla., Schaible was a three-sport star at Dr. Phillips High School, playing volleyball, basketball and flag football - which is a varsity sport in Florida. She was the Orlando Sentinel's Central Florida Flag Football Player of the Year four times and led the Panthers to a state title in 2011 and back to the finals in 2012, setting the state record with 56 touchdown passes.

Schaible, who also led the Dr. Phillips basketball team to three straight state championships and a pair of national tournament titles, started 33 of 34 games for the Colonials as a freshman in 2013-14, averaging 7.2 points, 5.9 rebounds and a team-high 1.6 steals per game.
