Nat Takes on New York #1

Summer is one of my favorite times of the year, especially living in New York. I love being so close to the beach and near family and friends. It's a time where I get to play as much volleyball as I want and this year is no different.

Looking back at my first year at GW, I have had some of the most incredible experiences with my teammates (who I miss so much already). From fun road trips, to the court storm to the A-10 tournament in the Smith Center, everything made my freshman year so memorable.

Now going into this summer, I'm beyond excited to not only spend some quality time with old friends and family but also get myself prepared for the upcoming season. So far my friends and I are going to compete in an indoor tournament and I'll also be playing on the beach in a bunch of doubles tournaments.

I'm hoping to be able to come into the fall an even better player than I left this spring. With a full summer ahead of me, I'm excited to see what comes of it and the new adventures I hope to have whether it's volleyball related or not. Maybe some new towel gang celebrations will come to mind that can be used for next season on our way to the A-10 championship.
