"This weekend the gymnastics team drove over to the local Capital Area Food Bank to help out at the warehouse," said senior captain Taylor Redmond. "We helped with a new system where they had received hundreds of pounds of oatmeal with no packaging labels on them. Instead of throwing out and wasting this, the Food Bank had us sort out the oatmeal and repackage it to allow for distribution amongst families in need. We were happy to help out our local community and do our part to make that possible."
