Adair, a 6-foot-4 sophomore, had 15 points and a career-high 21 rebounds to lift fifth-seeded George Washington to a 76-67 victory over 12th-seeded Boise State on Saturday in a first-round game of the NCAA Tournament's Dallas Regional.
Adair had the second-highest rebounding total in school history, behind only Kas Allen's 23 against West Virginia on Jan. 23, 1988. It was the fourth-highest rebound total in women's NCAA Tournament history and the most since 1994.
Adair's stats for the week: one game, 15 points on 5-11 FGs (.455), 5-12 FTs (.417), 21 rebounds (11 offensive, 10 defensive), 2 assists, 4 blocks and a steal in 29 minutes.
