Reeves was 10-for-21 (.476), recording at least one hit in all five GW baseball games last week as he led the Colonials to a 4-1 mark, including a 17-5 upset of No. 15 Virginia. Against the Cavaliers, Reeves was 3-for-5 with three runs and an RBI. He continued to swing a hot bat over the weekend as GW took two of three at A-10 Conference rival Richmond. In those three games, Reeves recorded six hits, including three doubles in one game, and drove in a total of three RBI. The junior, who finished last week with a SLG% of .667, currently leads GW in batting average (.413) and on-base percentage (.484). Reeves, who has started 21 games at 1B, has committed just two errors in 176 chances this season, good for a fielding percentage of .989.
