Dias extended his eight-match singles winning streak and seven-match doubles winning streak as he went undefeated at No. 1  singles and No. 1 doubles over the weekend. He earned a three-set victory over James Madison’s Greg Vladimirsky (3-6, 6-3, 6-4). Dias’ notable victory came on Sunday when he defeated Radford’s Nick Sayer in a battle of nationally ranked opponents, as Dias is No. 100 by the ITA and Sayer is No. 78. Dias won by set scores of 6-4, 4-6, 6-2. In doubles action, Dias and partner Ugur Atalay extended their winning streak to seven matches, downing JMU’s Bertrand Moulin and Greg Vladimirsky, 8-5. The duo also earned a victory over Radford’s Thomas Dehaen and Nick Sayer in a tiebreaker, 9-8.
