Class: Sophomore
Position: Pitcher

Gabriel kept GW's Atlantic 10 Tournament hopes alive as she went 3-2 with a 0.59 ERA for the week, including three consecutive shutouts against Atlantic 10 rivals Temple and Saint Joseph's. In the three victories, she pitched a combined 23.0 innings, allowing just 15 hits and a walk, while striking out 24. She allowed just one runner to reach third base in the three shutouts. In the loss to Saint Joseph's, Gabriel did not allow an earned run but took the loss, allowing just six hits, while striking out five and walking none.

Just a sophomore, Gabriel holds every GW career and single-season pitching record, and is one of just two Atlantic 10 pitchers to have just as many strikeouts as innings pitched (170). Gabriel has done damage with the bat this season, as she leads the team with 17 runs scored and 12 walks, and is second on the team with five home runs.
