Major League Alumni Reception
GW AD Nero, Alumni and MLB Leader Reinsdorf to Host Reception in Chicago

After teaming up with alumnus and New York Yankees president Randy Levine for a reception at Yankee Stadium on August 13, the George Washington Department of Athletics and Recreation and GW Alumni will team up with distinguished alumnus and Chicago White Sox chairman Jerry Reinsdorf to host a reception at US Cellular Field in Chicago on September 4.

An Evening With GW at the White Sox
Date: Tuesday, September 4, 2012
Time: 5:30 pm CT - Pre-Game Reception at Bacardi @ The Park; 7:10 pm - Opening Pitch
Location: US Cellular Field, 333 West 35th Street & Bacardi @ the Park, 320 W. 35th Street, Chicago, Ill.

Enjoy an evening with GW at America's favorite pastime! Join fellow Colonials for a pre-game reception across the street from U.S. Cellular Field at Bacardi @ The Park. Guests will have the opportunity to hear from Chicago White Sox Chairman Jerry Reinsdorf, GWSB `57, and Patrick Nero, director of athletics and recreation, while enjoying a full buffet menu and hosted beverages. Following the pre-game reception, guests will head over to the park for the White Sox game versus the Minnesota Twins.

Tickets will be distributed at the pre-game reception at Bacardi @ the Park until 7 pm. Tickets will then be available at Will Call starting at 7:10 pm.
