In her final appearance at Charles E. Smith Athletic Center, Brown enjoyed a career night that propelled the Colonials into the 2007 Atlantic 10 Conference Championship Tournament for the first time in three years. The senior captain scored 29 points on 25 kills, had 12 digs, four blocks and an ace while hitting a season-high .455 to lift GW past visiting Charlotte and into their first A-10 Tournament appearance since 2003....all on `Senior Night.' The performance marked her 24th double-double (kills/digs) in 27 matches this season. She has scored double-figure points and pounded double-figure kills in all but one match in which she has appeared. Her 471 kills are the second-most in the Atlantic 10. Brown's stats for the week: one match, 4 games, 25 kills, 5 errors, 44 attempts, .455 hitting percentage, 12 digs, 3 total blocks (2 block solos and 2 block assists), and a service ace for 29 total points. For her efforts, she was named the A-10's Player of the Week for volleyball.
