Kromah averaged 15.3 points and shot better than 53.6 percent from the field as GW posted a perfect 3-0 record in the season's first week. Saturday against UMBC, he scored his career-high 21 points on 7-10 shooting, including 6-9 from three-point range, in GW's 94-51 victory at Smith Center. He converted his first six shots Saturday and tallied all 21 points in just 18 minutes of playing time. The 6-5 freshman guard from Greenbelt, MD, preceeded that performance with a team-high 17-point effort in GW's 69-59 road victory over Boston University Tuesday in Boston. Kromah's stats for the week: 3 games, 46 points on 15-28 FGs (.536, 10-19 3FGs (.526), 6-11 FTs (.545), 6 rebounds (4 offensive, 2 defensive), 6 assists, 7 steals, 4 turnovers and a block in 58 total minutes.
