Assistant Athletics Director Discusses the Marketing of All 23 GW Varsity Sports

Now in her 13th year at GW, Nicole Early is in her first year as Assistant Athletics Director for Marketing and Tickets. In that role, Early oversees Colonial Sports Marketing and the GW Athletics Ticket offices and is responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of revenue generation, attendance and progressive visible strategies for the GW's 23 varsity athletics programs.

She previously held positions as Executive Director of Sports Marketing and Director of Communication and Creative Services at the university, and served on the Marketing and Promotions committee during the development of GW Athletics' Strategic Plan that was unveiled in February 2012.

A native of Utica, N.Y., Early is a graduate of SUNY Cortland with a bachelor's degree in English.
