Head Coach Sarah West is in her first year as the head coach for the women's squash team. She will lead the squad in their inaugural season, which is slated to begin in January 2003.
West came to GW from Dartmouth College where she was a 2002 graduate earning a degree in english with a minor in government. While attending Dartmouth, West captured four varsity letters playing women's squash, serving as team captain her senior year. Additionally, she was named first-team All-Ivy in 2001 and 2002 as well as second-team All-America in 1999 and 2000.
While this is West's first coaching post for women's squash, she honed her skills as an assistant coach with the 2002 New Hampshire All-State Girls U-13 lacrosse team.
West resides in Washington, DC.
