Men's Squash Grounds Air Force

WASHINGTON, DC - The GW Men's Squash team had no trouble with the Air Force Academy on Saturday, February 15 in winning 8-1 on the courts of the U.S. Naval Academy. The win helped improve the teams record on the season to 7-5.

The Colonials were led by freshman Dhruv Singh (Jaipur, India/Mayo College) who cruised to a 9-0, 9-0, 9-0 win at the number one position. Freshmen Greg Vernick (West Roxbury, MA/Milton Academy) and Michael Greenwald (Brookline, MA/St. Marks) also contributed to the win total.

GW also got victories from junior Frank Hentic (New York, NY/Kent School (CT)), sophomore Jose Mogollen (Bogota, Colombia/Brooks School (MA)), sophomore Samir Patel (Media, PA/Episcopal Academy), junior Jake Greenbaum (Bala Cynwyd, PA/Shipley School) and freshman John Wright (San Salvador, El Salvador).
