Men's Water Polo Adds Three for 2017
Head coach Barry King announced the new additions for the fall season.
WASHINGTON - George Washington head men's water polo coach Barry King has announced three student-athletes will join the Colonials for the 2017 season.
The Colonials open the fall Sept. 2 at the Navy Open.

Levai comes to Foggy Bottom after a decorated junior career in his native Hungary. He helped his club KSI to three junior national championships, including back-to-back titles as captain in 2016 and 2017. He posted 45 goals, 73 assists and 33 steals in 17 games this past season. He also spent two years on Hungary's junior national team. He logged three summers with the California-based club CHAWP, as well.
Sismanoglu brings a wealth of high-level international and club experience. He helped Galatasaray to a runner-up finish in the Turkish Senior League in 2016 and a gold medal at the 2015 Turkish Republic Cup. He also represented his home country at the 2016 U-19 European Championship. In addition, he played with the national U-17 squad in 2015 and helped it qualify for the European Games.
Vlahotasios was named the best netminder in Greece's top U-17 league the past two years. In 2016, his Vouliagmeni Nautical Club claimed the championship. More recently, he helped the club's senior team to a second-place finish in its league. He also played internationally with Greece's U-14 national team in 2014.
