WASHINGTON, DC - Senior Dave Azari (Yardley, PA/Pennsbury) was named Co-Performer of the Week, the Atlantic 10 announced on October 13, 2003. This is the second time this season that Azari has been recognized by the Atlantic 10.

Azari finished 11th out of 87 runners at the Maryland Invitational to lead the Colonials to a fifth place finish. He finished the 8K course in 25:27.43, easily his best time of the season, and was GW's top finisher for the fourth race of the year.

Azari and the Colonials will compete again on Saturday, October 18 at the Penn State National in State College, PA.
