WASHINGTON, DC - Junior Dave Azari (Yardley, PA/Pennsbury) was named Cross Country Performer of the Week by the Atlantic 10 for his performance at the Penn State National on Saturday, October, 12 in State College, PA.

In the rain and mud, Azari recorded a personal best by 12 seconds with a time of 26:50.92 on the 5.2 mile course. He was the first Colonial finisher, 17th place out of 175 runners, leading the team to a 10th-place finish against a very tough field made up of top collegiate and Canadian programs.
