2008 Season: Finished 6-5 with a 5.28 ERA with a team-leading 82 strikeouts in 92.0 innings pitched... Appeared in 17 games, making 11 starts...Led the team with three complete games and also notched a save vs. Lehigh (5/15)... Finished second in A-10 conference strikeouts with 61 and led the conference in strikeouts looking with 26...Threw a complete game vs. Massachusetts (4/6) with eight strikeouts and allowed five hits and four earned runs... Threw another complete game vs. Temple (5/2) and finished with six strikeouts and allowed two earned runs... Went over six innings in nine of his 11 starts... Was selected in the 42nd round by the Minnesota Twins in the 2008 MLB First-Year Player Draft, but opted to return for his senior season.
