ARLINGTON, VA - The George Washington University baseball team lost the series finale of their series against La Salle on Sunday 5-2. The loss dropped their A-10 conference record to 6-8 and their overall record to 17-22.

Senior Tim Reeves led the offense with three hits and an RBI, while senior Pat Lehman threw another complete game, allowing three earned runs.

The Colonials took an early 1-0 lead in the second inning, but surrendered two fourth-inning runs and three more runs in the fifth inning to fall behind 5-1 after five innings. George Washington added a seventh inning run, but it wasn't enough in their second straight loss to the Explorers.

Junior Tom Zebroski and designated hitter Curtis Eward each had two hits in the game and junior Chris Holland drove in of the two Colonial runs.

George Washington will return to the field on Tuesday, when they travel to George Mason and take on the Patriots on Tuesday, April 21st. First pitch is scheduled for 3:00 p.m EST. The Colonials have not named a starter for the contest.
