Saturday's Series Opener Against Marist Cancelled
Teams Will Play a Double Header on Sunday
March 17, 2007
ARLINGTON, VA - George Washington baseball's series opener against Marist, originally set for a 2:00 p.m. start on Saturday, has been cancelled because of poor field conditions at Barcroft Park resulting from last night's wintry weather.
The Colonials and Red Foxes will play a double header on Sunday. Game One will begin at 11:00 a.m., and Game Two, a scheduled seven-inning contest, will start approximately 30 minutes after the completion of the first game.
