Baseball Game at Mount St. Mary's Postponed

March 19, 2008

WASHINGTON, DC - George Washington baseball's game at Mount St. Mary's, originally scheduled for Wednesday, at 3:00 p.m., in Emmitsburg, MD, has been postponed due to inclement weather. The game is tentatively set as part of a doubleheader on Tuesday, May 13, at Barcroft Park, in Arlington, VA, beginning at 1:00 p.m.

George Washington hosts Saint Joseph's this weekend in a three-game series that opens Atlantic 10 Conference play for both schools. They play a doubleheader on Friday, Mar. 21, that begins at 1:00 p.m. The series concludes on Saturday at 1:05 p.m., as the two teams play in the first ever game held at Nationals Park, the new home of MLB's Washington Nationals.
