GW Baseball At Temple Rained Out Saturday, Doubleheader Set For Sunday

April 22, 2006

AMBLER, PA - George Washington University's (15-23, 6-7 A-10) Atlantic 10 Conference baseball game at Temple (7-29, 1-12 A-10), scheduled for Saturday, has been postponed due to inclement weather and will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Sunday beginning at 12:00 p.m. at Ambler Field.

The first game is a scheduled nine-inning affair, with game two set for seven innings.

Sunday's two contests will serve as games two and three of the three-game A-10 series. GW took the series opener on Friday, 11-1.

GW will start RHP Josh Wilkie (3-3, 2.95 ERA) in game one and LHP Dan Pfau (2-5, 5.91 ERA) in game two of Sunday's doubleheader.
