PHILADELPHIA, PA - George Washington's Pat Lehman has been named the Atlantic 10 Conference Pitcher of the Week for baseball, the league office announced Monday. It marks Lehman's second A-10 Pitcher of the Week honor of the 2009 season. It is also the fourth all-conference honor for George Washington Baseball this season as Lehman was Co-Pitcher of the Week, redshirt junior Sean Rockey was Co-Player of the Week and Ryan Lapointe was Pitcher of the Week.

Lehman notched his fifth victory of the season after allowing one earned run over eight innings on Apr. 26 in George Washington's 6-1 win over Duquesne. He scattered eight hits and struck out five and lowered his earned run average to 2.16 on the year Lehman was named the A-10 Pitcher of the Week for the second time this season.

The Colonials will return to action tomorrow against Towson (4/28) with first pitch at 3:00 p.m This weekend the Colonials stay home and take on Saint Louis (5/1-5/3) as they continue A-10 conference play. The Friday game is set to begin at 4:00 p.m., while the two weekend contests have 1:00 p.m. start times.
