Rain Does Not Go Away, Delays Fordham Game Another Day, Game To Be Resumed Saturday At 10:30 AM

May 27, 2004

Norwich, CT - The Colonials game with Fordham has been delayed another day and will be resumed on Friday at 10:30 a.m. The Atlantic 10 Tournament has been delayed by a full day due to rain in Norwich, CT. Saturday's games will start with the conclusion of GW's game against Fordham which will resume in the top of the ninth inning with no outs and a runner at second base and the Colonials ahead 6-3.

If the Colonials can get three more outs against the Fordham Rams, they would face the Rhode Island Rams at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday. Richmond and St. Bonaventure will play at noon on Saturday with the loser of that game playing the winner of GW and URI at 7:00 p.m.
