Prior to GW: Averaged 25 points, nine rebounds, four assists and three blocks per game for Ilirija Ljubljana which placed sixth in the Slovenian Junior League under coach Vladimir Micunovic. Ilirija Ljubljana was 10-6 in the regular season and placed second in its group of five teams (out of three groups). Debevec's team finished last in the playoffs with a 1-7 record. Debevec, however, missed four of those playoff games--two due to illness and two more due to an ankle injury. His team placed third in last year's Slovenian Under-20 League.
