High School: Averaged 17.2 points and 6.1 rebounds and 3.4 assists and 2.1 steals pergame as a senior under coach Mo Cassara (now an assistant at Dayton) at Worcester Academy in Mass.... led the Hilltoppers to a 25-4 record and the 2003 New England Prep School Athletic Association Championship ... was named MVP of that tournament after totaling 50 points in the final two games. Also attended Trinity-Pawling High School in Brooklyn where he averaged 15 points, eight assists, six steals and four rebounds per game while shooting 83 percent from the free throw line as a senior... also was a standout wide receiver and a running back for the Pride as well as a sprinter for the track team at Trinity-Pawling ... The Pride posted a record of 20-3 (.869) during Elliott's senior season under coach Bill Casson. The team finished third in the Class B Division of the New England Prep School Athletic Association (NEPSAA). Elliott was named the Player of the Year and to the All-Tri-State League team as a senior in a vote by the league coaches. He also earned all-league honors for football. In July, 2002, Elliott was named the MVP of Hoop Group's Eastern Invitational basketball camp.
