As a Freshman in 2012-13:
Played in 29 of GW's 30 games, inserted into starting lineup for 16 of final 17 games of season ... Averaged 3.1 points on 40.5 percent shooting (34-84), 1.7 rebounds and 11.5 minutes ... Matched career-high of 12 points for second time in three games against La Salle (3/6/13) ... Equaled career-high 12 points, 10 in the first half, at Richmond (2/27/13) ... Scored season-high 12 points on 5-of-6 shooting in first collegiate start in victory over St. Bonaventure (1/9/13) ... Saw first action as a collegian at Boston University (11/17/12), missed season-opener versus Youngstown State (11/10/12) due to concussion.

HIGH SCHOOL
Savage, a 6-foot-3-inch guard from Fairfax, Va., averaged 19.7 points, 5.8 rebounds and 4.2 assists as a senior to lead Episcopal High School to a 24-4 record and an appearance in the Virginia Independent Schools Athletic Association (VISAA) state championship game. The 53rd-rated shooting guard prospect in the country according to ESPN, Savage was also a two-time First Team All-IAC and First Team All-VISAA honoree.

Savage tallied 17.8 points, 6.5 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 2.0 steals per game for Episcopal in 2011 on his way to Second Team All-Met honors and First Team All-Virginia recognition. The combo guard also led his squad to a 25-3 record and the 2011 Interstate Athletic Conference Championship.

"Kethan is a terrific athlete who can score in many ways," said Coach Lonergan. "He is capable of becoming a lock-down defender. He is known for his highlight reel dunks, but I think he is a great all-around player."
