VESTAL, NY - The GW men's basketball team trailed Binghamton for the first 35 minutes before a three-pointer by Greg Collucci with 4:25 remaining gave the Colonials their first lead of the game as GW held on to win at Binghamton.

Freshman Pops Mensah-Bonsu led GW with 16 points while Chris Monroe (14) and T.J. Thompson (11) also scored in double figures for GW (6-4).

Anthony Green scored 20 points for Binghamton (4-5) who played its first home game in a month before a season-high crowd of 1,974.

GW trailed by 10 (32-22) at halftime but scored the first eight points of the second half to rally within two. The Bearcats then built a nine-point lead with 8:44 left before GW began the decisive rally.

Freshman Omar Williams one-handed put-back dunk at the 5:16 mark ignited the Colonials' comeback.
