GW Men's Hoops Begins A-10 Play With Trio of National TV Games
Colonials Opening Three League Games Set for NBCSN and CBSSN

WASHINGTON - Fans across the country can watch the GW men's basketball team work to maintain the momentum from its 12-2 start in three nationally televised games to begin Atlantic 10 Conference play over the next week.
The Colonials open their A-10 slate this Thursday, Jan. 9 at La Salle with the first of seven broadcasts on NBCSN during league play. Steve Schlanger and Stan Van Gundy will have the call for the 8 p.m. contest which will also be available on mobile devices and tablets via the NBC Sports Live Extra app.
GW will then put this season's perfect 7-0 home mark and eight-game home win streak on the line on Saturday, Jan. 11 against Rhode Island on NBCSN and the Live Extra app. Randy Moss and David Kaplan will handle the commentary for the Colonials' 2:30 p.m. conference home opener against the URI Rams.
GW moves to CBSSN on Tuesday, Jan. 14 for a 7 p.m. clash against preseason A-10 favorite VCU in the Rams' first-ever league visit to the Smith Center. Brent Stover and Bob Wenzel will call the action for the highly anticipated showdown on the night alumnus Mike Brey ('82) is inducted into the GW Athletic Hall of Fame.
All three games will also be radio broadcast by Byron Kerr on 1500/820 AM and audio streamed on FederalNewsRadio.com.
