After helping lead the Colonials to the NIT Championship in March of 2016, Garino went on to play in the Rio Olympics, spend time with the San Antonio Spurs' organization alongside fellow Argentinian Manu Ginobli, and finally get called up to the NBA by the Orlando Magic in April.
