Tonight's Game: George Washington (5-2) and Sacramento State (1-9) meet for just the second time tonight with the Colonials having won the only previous meeting, 98-81, almost exactly 13 years ago in the Sacramento Holiday Classic at ARCO Arena.

• Tonight's game is the first of a four-game road trip that continues to Honolulu for three games in the Outrigger Hotels Rainbow Classic hosted by the University of Hawai'i.

• GW is coming off a 63-50 victory over American last Wednesday at Smith Center. Senior Rob Diggs led the Colonials with a team-high 17 points on 4-13 FGs, 9-10 from the free throw line and three blocks.

• GW is 1-1 on the road this season and is 39-50 (.438) away from home in seven-plus seasons under Karl Hobbs.
