Played 14.5 rounds in seven events as a sophomore last season and fired his career-low rd. of 68 in the first rd. of the Navy Spring Invitational on his way to a third-place finish out of 93 golfers. Played in six rounds as a freshman after arriving in January, `07. He shot higher than 80 only once his first season. Shot season-low 77 at GW Invitational at Bear Trap Dunes in Delaware.
Junior, High School & Amateur Golf:
Palomaresfinished in the top 10 at the Colombian Juinor Championship (El Copa Artur Calle) in 2003 shooting 76-75-82.
