It marks Barrack's fifth A-10 weekly honor this season. The last freshman to win at least five A-10 Rookie awards was Richmond's Tim Courtney during the 2005-06 season.
Barrack tied teammate Conor McMahon for 11th place among the field of 105 golfers after firing a 188 (71-79-38) at the 10th annual George Washington Invitational men's golf tournament on the Delaware Shore. He also equalled his season-low 71 in Friday's first round.
