WASHINGTON, DC - The George Washington Men's Rowing team finished up at the Eastern Sprints with a 14th place finish in the Varsity Eight Race at the Eastern Sprints Regatta. The Colonials finished with a 5.48.843 time and finished ahead of boats from Georgetown and Holy Cross.

The Colonials finished 14th out of 17 in the second Varsity eight race with a time of 6:00.495. In the freshman eight the Colonials finished 17th with a time of 6:08.481. In the last race of the afternoon for the Colonials, they raced in the second freshman race and finished fourth with a time of 6:16.226.

The Colonials will wrap up their individual season at the IRA Men's Rowing National Championships in Cherry Hill, NJ on Thursday, June 3rd.
