KINGSTON, RI - Junior Erick Perez-Segnini spotted George Washington a 1-0 lead in the ninth minute, but Rhode Island netted the equalizer just before halftime and the two teams' played to a 1-1 draw in Atlantic 10 Conference men's soccer action at URI's Soccer Complex Friday evening.

Perez-Segnini's third goal of the season, via an assist from senior Dave Leon, stood for more than 36 minutes until URI's Kedan Crosby evened the match with one second left in the first half.
