PITTSBURGH, PA - Senior goalkeeper Erik Haug made a career-best nine saves in the George Washington men's soccer team's 3-0 loss to Duquesne in Atlantic 10 action at Rooney Field Sunday.

GW (2-14-0, 0-7-0 A-10) completes its regular season with a pair of road matches in Philadelphia next weekend. The Colonials visit Temple Friday at 2:30 pm, then play at Saint Joseph's Sunday at 1:00 pm.

Duquesne (8-7-2, 4-4-0 A-10) played a dominant opening 45 minutes by holding an 18-4 shot advantage while netting all three of its goals.

Stefan Lundberg scored the game-winning goal in the 12th minute and Tyler Tompkins tallied twice in a span of 27 seconds spanning the 43rd and 44th minutes for all of the Dukes' offense.

Haug made eight of his nine stops in the first half and faced a total of 27 shots from the Dukes.

Sophomore leading scorer Seth Rudolph had three of GW's 11 shots, including two of the team's three shots on target. Duquesne goalkeeper Chris Torres turned away all three shots to post the clean sheet.
