Colonials Return To Winning Ways, Top Duquesne On The Road 1-0

Pittsburgh, PA (October 21) - Colonials sophomore forward Matt Osborne's (Bingham, Notts, England/Toothill Comprehensive School) unassisted goal in the second minute of last evening's Atlantic 10 match against the Duquesne Dukes proved to be the game winner as junior goal keeper Nick Parypinski (Columbia, MD/Wilde Lake) recorded his sixth shutout of the season.

With Osborne providing the lead, Parypinski continued his outstanding play this year making four saves on 18 shots by the Dukes. His fourth shutout in A-10 play, Parypinski lowered his goal against average to a paltry .69 in conference play and .89 overall this season.

The Colonials (8-4-2, 5-2-0 A-10) travel to New York to face the Bonnies of St. Bonaventure University (4-10-0, 2-5-0 A-10) on Sunday, October 22, 2000.
