KANSAS CITY, Kan. - The George Washington men's soccer team received the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) Team Academic Award for posting a 3.25 team grade-point average during the 2012-13 academic year, the organization announced on Thursday.

The NSCAA recognized a total of 269 collegiate men's soccer teams across all NCAA divisions with team grade-point averages of 3.0 or higher. Additionally, nine Colonials were recognized on the Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll for the Fall 2012 semester, while 11 were honored in Spring 2013.
