WASHINGTON, DC - Michael Nair was named the men's squash team's Most Valuable Player at George Washington University's annual Senior Honors Luncheon on the GW campus Thursday.

A sophomore from Cleveland Heights, OH, Michael helped the Colonials to a 9-9 record in his second season on the squash team. His strong play propelled the Colonials to a season-high national ranking of 20th in the country, highlighted by two victories over Stanford and a shutout victory over District-rival Georgetown.
