Men's and Women's Swimming Ranked in Top 20 Academically

Women's swim team has the No. 10 team GPA in Division-I swimming.

WASHINGTON, DC - George Washington men's and women's swimming and diving teams were named to the College Swimming Coaches Association of America's Division-I Academic All-American Fall 2008 list.

The women's team was ranked No. 10 with a team grade point average of 3.43, while the men's team was positioned at No. 18 with a team GPA of 3.13.

Both teams are gearing up for the Atlantic 10 Championships in Buffalo, NY, on Feb. 18-21.
