WASHINGTON, DC - The GW Men's Tennis team pulled out a squeaker against James Madison, 4-3, at the Mt. Vernon Tennis Facility in Washington, DC on Friday, January 31 to even their record at 2-2. Junior Matt Hane (Walterboro, SC/Porter-Gaud School) led the way with two victories, one in singles competition versus Mike Hendricksen, 6-3, 6-2 and one with doubles partner freshman Marius Weigert (Hamburg, Germany/ESI International Academy), 8-5.

Despite Hane and Weigert's win in doubles, the Colonials lost the doubles point and needed to win four of the six singles matches to come out victorious.
