WASHINGTON, DC - The George Washington University men's tennis team, ranked No. 75 in the country, defeated UNC-Greensboro, 7-0, late Saturday afternoon in a home match at the Regency Sport & Health Club in McLean, VA. It was the third straight win for GW, who improved to 5-3 overall on the season. Despite the final score, the match was tightly contested throughout, as four singles matches required three sets.

In the singles competition, the Colonials again won all of the matches. No. 1 player Mustafa Gencsoy improved his overall record this season to 14-4 with a win, 4-6, 6-0, 6-2.
