WASHINGTON -- GW men's tennis player junior Erik Hannah was named Atlantic 10 Performer of the Week, Monday.

Hannah helped the Colonials defeat of A-10 rival Duquesne Friday, when he teamed up sophomore Arya Vayghan at No. 3 doubles, 8-2.

Playing at No. 4 singles, Hannah picked up a 6-3, 6-1 victory over Mark Maciuch, on the way helping GW win 6-1 in its first match in almost a month due to weather-related cancellations.

Hannah and the Colonials are back on the court on Sat. Feb. 20, when they travel to face the Maryland Terrapins, starting at 4 p.m.
