Men’s Tennis Hits the Road for Trio of Matches

SERVING FIRST: The George Washington men’s tennis team travels to the Sunshine State to compete in three matches this weekend. The Colonials will begin the weekend against USF on Friday at 1 p.m. GW will then battle Utah State on Saturday before facing Old Dominion to complete the road trip on Sunday.

LAST TIME OUT: The Colonials forced VCU into a couple of third sets on Saturday, but the Rams were too strong in the end, defeating GW, 7-0.

IN TAMPA: South Florida comes off of a four-match losing streak, and was most recently edged by Oklahoma on February 23. No. 43 Utah State was narrowly defeated by Denver, 4-3, on Monday in Colorado. Old Dominion, currently ranked 38th nationally, blanked the Utes on Friday, 4-0.
