MONROEVILLE, PA - The George Washington Men's Tennis team swept Temple on Saturday, April 12, the second day of the Atlantic 10 Championships. The Colonials advanced to play Saint Joseph's at 8:00 a.m. on Sunday, April 13 for fifth place. Saint Joseph's beat Dayton for the right to face GW.
In other action, Richmond and St. Bonaventure both advanced and will play for the tournament championship at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday. The losers of those matches, Xavier and Duquesne, will play for third place, while Dayton and Temple will play for seventh place. Earlier today, Rhode Island defeated Fordham, 4-1, for ninth place.
