Men's Track Competes at Morgan State Legacy
Scott (200m) and Arnold (800m) PR in Colonials' penultimate regular-season meet
BALTIMORE - The George Washington men's outdoor track team competed in its penultimate meet of the regular season at Saturday's Morgan State Legacy.
Sophomore Justin Scott (200m) and junior Charles Arnold (800m) both led the Colonials with personal records. Scott finished in 23.70 in the 200-meter dash while Arnold logged a time of 1:56.38 in the 800-meter run.
Freshman Jon Dooling also put forth a solid performance, finishing fourth overall out of 33 competitors with a time of 4:07.75 in the 1500-meter run. Classmate Paul Housey also ran well, finishing 13th overall in 4:13.50.
Select runners will compete at next weekend's Penn Relays at Franklin Field in Philadelphia, Pa.
