ON THE LINE: George Washington's men's and women's cross country teams will compete in their regular-season finale on Saturday when both squads race at the Princeton Invitational at the West Windsor Fields.

RACE DETAILS: The men's team will run in an 8,000-meter race starting at 9:30 a.m. while the women's 6,000-meter installment will follow at 10:30 a.m.

LAST TIME OUT: The Colonials had a busy weekend the last time they competed, splitting both squads for the Paul Short Invitational and the George Mason Invitational two weeks ago.

The men's team logged team finishes of 2nd out of 18 at the Paul Short Men's College Brown Race and followed that with a seventh-place finish out of 10 teams at the George Mason Invite.

The women's team finished 2nd out of 16 teams at the Paul Short Women's College Brown Race and placed sixth out of eight teams at the Mason Invite.

CRACKING THE TOP 10: Both teams have seen multiple student-athletes break into the top ten of the all-time performance list this fall.

On the men's side, graduate student Matt Lange's time of 24:47 at the Paul Short Invite stands as the second-best 8K performance ever. Senior Andrew Weber (25:18.0) and Chris Shaffer (25:23.0) also joined the top 10 at seventh and eighth, respectively, with their times from the Paul Short Invite.

For the women, juniors Halley Brown and Madison Yerke also had top-ten worthy times at the Paul Short Invitational. Yerke now sits third all time for 6K performances with her time of 21:15.0 while Brown is close behind at fifth all-time in 21:35.0.
