Eran Horodniceanu is in his fourth season with the Colonials as the team's director of basketball operations. Prior to coming to GW, Horodniceanu worked as a senior auditor for Eisner, LLP in New York, NY, from 1998-2002. During that time, Horodniceanu also coached for the Liberty Belles AAU Basketball program, one of the premier AAU programs on the East Coast, which produced former GW standouts Darlene Saar, Debbie Hemery and Kristina Alexander.

As the director of basketball operations, his responsibilities include team travel logistics, scheduling, equipment management and film exchange.

Horodniceanu graduated from GW in 1998 with a bachelor's degree in accountancy and is currently pursuing an MBA at GW. He lives in Arlington, VA.
